Is the rent that is listed on the property per person?
No, the listed rent for each property is split evenly amongst all tenants.
How do you decide which applicants get the lease?
We are first-come, first-serve, meaning whichever group of applicants can get all of their information submitted and accepted by us and sign the lease, gets the property.
What forms of payment do you accept for rent?
We accept personal checks, money orders, and online payments through the resident portal here on our website for your convenience. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. You’ll need to set up and maintain your own utility accounts for the duration of your lease.
